Extra virgin olive oil of the Arbequina variety made from green, early-harvest olives. Artajo 10 Arbequina, our most classic oil, the first we produced at Artajo, which has driven us to perfect it until achieving a green, fruity Arbequina EVOO with herbaceous green notes and sweet fruit touches. It is especially suited for sauces, vegetable dishes, and also tomato-based dishes (salads, gazpacho, salmorejo, etc.). It takes up to 10 kilos of olives to produce one liter.
