Artajo 10 Coupage, an EVOO among our top award-winners, with an intense green fruity aroma reminiscent of aromatic herbs like thyme. It also has notes of vegetables such as borage, artichoke, and thistle. On the palate, it stands out for its medium bitterness and spiciness. Up to 10 kilos of olives are needed to produce one liter.
