
Extra virgin olive oil of the Manzanilla Cacereña variety, produced from green, early-harvest olives. Artajo 10 Manzanilla, an intense and complex EVOO in aroma, featuring freshly cut grass, sweet fruit (banana), and spices (pepper, licorice). On the palate it is sweet with a very subtle, light bitterness. The perfect pairing for Navarra asparagus, white fish, and chocolate. It takes up to 10 kilos of olives to produce one liter.
