Organic extra virgin olive oil of the Arróniz variety, very aromatic green-fruity with prominent black truffle notes. Notes of red fruits and leafy vegetables. On the palate it stands out for its creaminess, medium bitterness, and a late spiciness reminiscent of black pepper. The Artajo 8 BIO range is produced from turning-color olives, harvested during October and November. In aroma it still retains green hints, making it an extra virgin with an excellent quality-price ratio, perfect for raw use. It takes up to 8 kilos of olives to produce one liter.
