The Artajo 10 range is harvested green, very early. In this way we achieve exceptional quality, prioritizing green-fruity flavor and aroma over yield. It takes up to 10 kilos of olives to produce one liter. The Artajo 8 range is produced from turning-color olives, harvested during November. In aroma it still retains green hints, making it an extra virgin with an excellent quality-price ratio, perfect for raw use. It takes up to 8 kilos of olives to produce one liter. The gift bottle is shipped empty with a pourer. It is reusable and engraved with the layout of the Artajo estate.
