The Artajo 10 range is harvested green, very early. In this way we achieve exceptional quality, prioritizing green fruity flavor and aroma over yield. Which Artajo 8 variety might best suit your tastes?
- Arbequina: If you’re looking for a delicate oil with a fruity aroma and a sweet finish. Very versatile in use, although the perfect pairing is with tomato—whether in salad or in salmorejo. Also try making mayonnaise.
- Koroneiki: The best oil for green salads. Its elegant bitterness and herbaceous aroma will not leave you indifferent.
- Arróniz: A special extra virgin olive oil from a rather unknown variety, but when well crafted it delivers an oil with a late spicy kick, perfect for meats and legumes.
