Perfect for beginning your extra virgin olive oil tasting journey and for having a variety to complement each of your dishes: - Arbequina: Salads, gazpachos, tomato toasts. - Koroneiki: Citrus fruits, escarole salad, artichokes, and red tuna. - Manzanilla Cacereña: Asparagus, cold soups, and white fish. - Coupage: Cheeses, mushrooms, and leaf salads. The Artajo 8 BIO range is produced from turning-color olives, harvested during October and November. In aroma it still retains green hints, making it an extra virgin with an excellent quality-price ratio, perfect for raw uses. It takes up to 8 kilos of olives to produce one liter.
