WHAT DOES QUALITY MEAN? At Artajo, we understand quality to be defined by the following aspects, which together make a product unique: FLAVOUR, HEALTH, SUSTAINABILITY AND SINGULARITY.
We pamper our oils all twelve months of the year, aware that oil production begins in the field. All our varieties, grown on the terraces of Finca Los Llanos, watched over by the Ebro, the Moncayo and La Bardena, provide us with a complete palette of flavours, each with its own singularity.

ARTAJO 10 BIO
Our best selection, awarded in the best international competitions.

Our range of Artajo 10 BIO oils is a selection of our best EVOO made from green olives, which gives a fresh, herbaceous touch and an exceptional intensity of green fruity aromas.
On the other hand, the amount of oil obtained from early olives is much less than from ripe olives. So much so that this collection has been recognised in competitions for the best oils in the world.
The number 10 is not because it is an oil of 10 (which it is), but because 10 kilos of green olives are needed to produce one litre of this organic EVOO.


ARTAJO 8 BIO
Excellent for everyday enjoyment

The Artajo 8 BIO range of oils is distinguished by its careful production from olives harvested between October and November in our fields. Each step is carried out with dedication and passion to offer you this organic EVOO that has been awarded for its exceptional quality.
With every drop, it not only adds flavour and aroma to your dishes, but also elevates your culinary creations to another level, making every meal a truly rewarding experience. In addition, its quality makes it ideal for enjoying in all kinds of preparations, both raw and cooking.
The number 8 corresponds to the number of kilos of olives of the corresponding variety needed to produce one litre of this organic EVOO. We have four varieties available: Arbequina, Coupage, Koroneiki and Manzanilla.

ARTAJO 8
Naturally balanced
Made with mixed olives, our Arbequina EVOO offers a perfect balance in the mouth, with subtle aromatic notes reminiscent of the tomato branch. Ideal for daily use hot and cold, this oil pairs perfectly with salads, vegetables, toasts and emulsions.
The Artajo 8 range of oils stands out for its careful production from olives harvested between October and November, which guarantees an exceptional product. In addition, it still retains its green touches in aroma, which adds a distinctive character to this quality EVOO.
As with our Artajo 8 BIO, 8 kilos of olives are needed to produce one litre of this EVOO.



ARTAJO 6 BIO
Smooth and versatile flavour
The careful selection of ripe olives of our Arbequina variety is a fundamental part of the production process of our range of Artajo 6 BIO oils.
This organic EVOO stands out for its versatility, being suitable for a wide range of culinary applications. With a delicate aroma of ripe tomato and an adaptable flavour, it is ideal for both cooking and raw enjoyment, especially for those who prefer mild oils.
It is given the number 6 because to make one litre of this organic EVOO, 6 kilos of ripe Arbequina olives carefully selected by us are needed.

ARTAJO 6
Sweet and irresistible
Our range of Artajo 6 oils is made using a variety of native olives from the Ebro Valley, from the idyllic village of Arbeca, in Lérida.
This Arbequina variety EVOO emanates a captivating aroma that evokes the sweet notes of apple and strawberry, enhanced by delicate hints of nuts. This exquisite combination makes it the ideal oil for both raw and cooking, from sauces such as mayonnaise or aioli, to fried foods and jams.
As with our Artajo 6 BIO, 6 kilos of olives are needed to produce one litre of this EVOO.

ARTAJO ALMOND
Own production: roasted or raw
Our exquisite almonds are cultivated with innovative and sustainable methods that guarantee their superior taste and quality.
Our harvest is unique: the almonds never touch the ground, thus preserving all their natural properties. They are then dried, stored in cold storage to maintain their freshness and roasted at a low temperature with organic salt from the Pyrenees, which enhances their delicious flavour. They are packaged in small batches on demand, ensuring that they always maintain maximum freshness.

ARTAJO AROMA
‘BLACK TRUFFLE’
Deliciously intense
Our Black Truffle EVOO is obtained from our Artajo 10 Arróniz and is enriched with the unmistakable aroma of the black truffle, making it the ideal complement for your potato, egg, risotto and carpaccio dishes.
A perfect combination of the characteristic herbaceous freshness of early harvest Arróniz EVOO and the distinctive aroma of the black truffle. A subtle balance in each mouthful, where the delicious flavour of the truffle and a slight spicy touch typical of the variety can be perceived.
