The Artajo 8 range is produced from turning-color olives, harvested during the months of October and November. The unfiltered, unrefined oil is bottled during the harvest to enjoy the EVOO at its peak during the picking season. It takes up to 8 kilos of olives to produce one liter. Note: it is best consumed fresh.
