The Artajo 8 range is made from half-ripening olives harvested during the months of October and November. The olive oil is bottled during the harvest, without filtering or decanting, allowing you to enjoy the EVOO at its best during the harvest season. Up to 8 kilos of olives are needed to produce one liter. Note: Best consumed fresh.
