USERS
Access to and/or use of the website www.artajo.es confers the condition of USER on the accessing party, who accepts, from said access and/or use, the General Conditions of Use set out herein. USERS are also informed that there is no need to register on this website in order to access and use it.
USE OF THE PORTAL
www.artajo.es provides users with access to information, services, programmes or data (hereinafter ‘the contents’) on the Internet belonging to Aceite Artajo. The USER assumes responsibility for the use of the portal and this responsibility extends to the fact of providing Aceite Artajo with contact details to obtain information about our services, to register and buy in our online shop or for other uses, so the USER will be responsible for providing truthful and lawful information. The USER undertakes to make appropriate use of the contents and services that Aceite Artajo offers through its portal and, including but not limited to, not to use them: (i) in any illicit or illegal way; (ii) to cause damage of any kind to Aceite Artajo, its suppliers or third parties.

A) HOW TO BUY:
Buying in Aceite Artajo is very simple and consists of 5 steps.
Select the products you want to buy by entering the online store, then in each product, choose the quantity and click on the add to cart button.
Once you have added the products to the shopping cart confirm the order by clicking on go to checkout.
If you are a new user you must register. To register correctly fill in all required fields such as your personal data, phone and information if you are a player, goalkeeper, etc.. This information is completely private and in no case is transferred to third parties.
Once you confirm your data the next step is to make the payment. If you choose to pay by credit card, the payment information will be sent through an advanced encryption system that will ensure the confidentiality of the operation, if you choose PayPal the system will redirect you to the PayPal system to make the payment in secure mode.
Once the purchase is completed you will receive an email with your order and from your user profile you will be able to see its shipping status.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE PRODUCT I WANT IS OUT OF STOCK?
The product sheet of each product informs you of its availability. If when searching for one of our products the web informs you that we do not have the product you want, you can contact us to order it at 948 386 225.
In case the product is definitely out of stock, our experts will advise you so that you can select another item that fulfills the same functions.
Although we always check our stock, exceptionally it may happen that at a certain time a product is out of stock. If this happens after your request and one of the products you order is out of stock, we will contact you to offer you a solution.
B) PAYMENT METHODS:
Aceite Artajo offers you the possibility to make your payment by “credit or debit card” or PayPal always with the maximum security that these payment methods require.

Shipping costs for orders will depend on the territory of destination, following the following rates:
National Peninsular Territory: 5,95 € (VAT included) Free shipping from 80,00 €.

Artajo Oil orders are shipped through ASM transport company.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
In mainland Spain delivery will be between 48 and 72 working hours, and in the Balearic Islands from 3 to 4 working days, as long as we have material in stock and we do not have to customize the material.
Other destinations, approximate delivery times:
Canary Islands: 1 week
Note: We are not responsible for any damage to your package after shipment, but we do our best to protect all fragile items. However, delay will not imply neither cancellation of the order nor any compensation.
D) RETURNS:
As this is a distance selling, you may make returns within 14 calendar days from the day following receipt of the product, without giving any specific reason, in exercise of the right of withdrawal provided for in the Law on Consumers and Users. In case of withdrawal on your part, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery charges (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a mode of delivery other than the least expensive mode of ordinary delivery offered by us) without undue delay and, in any event not later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract, provided that the returned product(s) are in the seller's possession or you have provided sufficient proof of return of the returned goods. We will proceed to carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly provided otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any costs as a result of the reimbursement. The transport costs generated by the return shall be borne by the customer.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the model withdrawal form that you will find by clicking here, although its use is not obligatory and you may send it to us, for greater convenience, by e-mail to the address info@artajo.es or by any other means that allows receipt.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that the communication concerning the exercise by you of this right is sent before the expiry of the deadline.
The rest of the returns will be made within a maximum period of 15 working days from the date of sale and provided that the reason for the return has been previously communicated, either by telephone at 948 38 62 25 or by e-mail to the address info@artajo.es and will be made in accordance with the following conditions:
? Returns will require prior acceptance by the seller.
? Once the return has been accepted and the condition of the shipment has been checked, the amount will be refunded in the same form of payment in which the order was placed.
? The transport costs generated by the exchange will be paid by the customer.
? It is mandatory in any return, to have the product in perfect condition, new, with its label and accompanied by the purchase receipt and in the original packaging.
DATA PROTECTION
Aceite Artajo complies with the guidelines of the Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13 for the Protection of Personal Data, the Royal Decree 1720/20017 of December 21 which approves the development of the Organic Law and other regulations in force at all times and ensures the correct use and processing of personal data of the USER. The person in charge of the file and of the treatment, Oil Artajo (S.Agroebro S.L.), puts in his knowledge that it has an automated file with information of personal character, as well as of a general documentary file containing personal information named both CUSTOMERS, which are registered in the general record of the Spanish Agency of Protection of Information. The purpose of its creation, existence or maintenance is the processing of data for the sole purpose of fulfilling the purpose of selling sporting goods related to sport and send advertising communications about products and services related to this activity that may be of interest to the customer. The addressees of the information are all the departments, compartments, premises and associated entities in which Artajo Oil is organized, as well as the official bodies that by law demand the cession. The USER is entitled to exercise the rights of opposition, access, rectification and cancellation in the field recognized by Law 15/1999, December 13, through the channels of the provisions of RD 1720/2007, of December 21, approving the Regulation of Development of the Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, Protection of Personal Data. INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY
Aceite Artajo by itself as assignee, owns the intellectual and industrial property rights of its website, as well as the elements contained therein (not limited to: images, text, trademarks, logos, color combinations, structure and design, access and use, etc.) owned by Aceite Artajo and its licensors. All rights reserved. In virtue of the arranged thing in the Law of Intellectual Property, they are expressly prohibited the reproduction, the distribution and the public communication, including his modality of putting to disposition, of the totality or part of the contents of this web page with commercial ends, in any support and for any technical way without the authorization of Artajo Oil. The USER promises to respect the rights of Intellectual Property in Industrial ownership of Artajo Oil. Aceite Artajo is not responsible in any case for damages of any nature that may cause, but not limited to: errors and omissions in the contents, lack of availability of the portal, despite having taken all the technological measures to prevent it.

Aceite Artajo reserves the right to carry out, without previous notice, the modifications that it considers opportune in its portal, being able to change, suppress or add so much the contents and services that are lent across the same one as the form in which these appear presented or located in its portal.

The relationship between Aceite Artajo and the USER shall be governed by the Spanish legislation in force.
