Buying in Aceite Artajo is very simple and consists of 5 steps.
- Select the products you wish to purchase by entering the online store, then in each product, choose the options and click on the add to cart button.
- Once you have added the products to the shopping cart confirm the order by clicking on go to checkout.
- If you are a new user you must register. To register correctly fill in all required fields such as your personal data, phone and information, etc.. This information is completely private and in no case will be given to third parties.
- Once you confirm your details the next step is to make the payment. If you choose to pay by credit card, the payment information will be sent through an advanced encryption system that will ensure the confidentiality of the transaction, if you choose PayPal the system will redirect you to the PayPal system to make the payment in secure mode.
- Once the purchase is completed you will receive an email with your order and from your user profile you will be able to see its shipping status.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
DELIVERY TIME
In peninsular Spain the delivery will be made between 48 and 72 working hours, and in the Balearic Islands from 3 to 4 working days, as long as we have material in stock and we do not have to personalize the material.
Other destinations, approximate delivery times:
Canary Islands: 1 week
Note: We are not responsible for any damage to your package after shipment, but we do our best to protect all fragile items. However, any delay will not imply cancellation of the order or any compensation.
REFUNDS
As this is a distance selling, you may make returns within 14 calendar days from the day following receipt of the product, without giving any specific reason, in exercise of the right of withdrawal provided for in the Law on Consumers and Users. In case of withdrawal on your part, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery charges (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a mode of delivery other than the least expensive mode of ordinary delivery offered by us) without undue delay and, in any event not later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract, provided that the returned product(s) are in the seller's possession or you have provided sufficient proof of return of the returned goods. We will proceed to carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly provided otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any costs as a result of the reimbursement. The transport costs generated by the return shall be borne by the customer.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the model withdrawal form that you will find by clicking here, although its use is not obligatory and you may send it to us, for greater convenience, by e-mail to the address info@artajo.es or by any other means that allows receipt.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that the communication concerning the exercise by you of this right is sent before the expiry of the deadline.
The rest of the returns will be made within a maximum period of 15 working days from the date of sale and provided that the reason for the return has been previously communicated, either by telephone at 948 38 62 25 or by e-mail to the address info@artajo.es and will be made in accordance with the following conditions:
- Returns will require prior acceptance by the seller.
- Once the return has been accepted and the condition of the product has been checked, the amount will be refunded in the same form of payment in which the order was placed.
- The transport costs generated by this change will be borne by the customer.
- It is mandatory in any return, to have the product in perfect condition, new, and accompanied by proof of purchase and in the original packaging.

In this regard, if the purchase between you and us has been concluded online through our website, in accordance with EU Regulation No. 524/2013, we inform you that you have the right to request with us an out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes accessible through the Internet address http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
