Organic Arbequina EVOO made with medium ripening olives.
Very balanced in the mouth with aromatic touches of the tomato branch. Perfect for daily use raw. It pairs very well with tomato salads, vegetables, toast and emulsions. The Artajo 8 BIO range is made from medium ripening olives, harvested during the months of October and November. It still has green touches in its aroma, being an extra virgin olive oil with an excellent quality-price ratio, perfect for raw use. Up to 8 kilos of olives are needed to make one litre.
