Marida muy bien con ensaladas de tomate, verduras, tostadas y emulsiones. La gama Artajo 8 BIO está elaborada a partir de aceitunas entreveradas, recolectadas durante el mes de octubre y noviembre. En aroma tiene todavía toques verdes, siendo un virgen extra con una excelente relación calidad-precio perfecto para usos en crudo. Para elaborar un litro son necesarios hasta 8 kilos de aceituna.
