Ideal to accompany tomato salads, roasted peppers and the preparation of emulsions such as mayonnaise, salmorejo or gazpacho. Reminiscent of sweet fruit (green banana).


A variety originating in the Ebro Valley, from the town of Arbeca (Lérida). Grown and processed on the property.
Tasting notes:
Green fruity with intense vegetable tones of tomato branch and artichokes. Also reminiscent of sweet fruit, especially green banana.
In the mouth it has a sweet point and a medium bitterness and spiciness, very balanced.

Presentations:
Glass 250 and 500 ml, with individual case.
Food pairing:
Suitable for all types of vegetables and preparation of sauces.
