Ideal for desserts with orange, leafy salads and blue fish (red tuna). Herbal and herbal notes.


Variety originating in Greece, in northern Crete and southwestern Peloponnese. Grown and processed on the property.
Tasting notes:
Intense green fruitiness, with hints of aromatic herbs and red fruits (raspberry, currant). In the mouth it has a medium-high bitterness, with a medium spiciness.
Food pairing:
Citrus, salads and blue fish, such as bluefin tuna.
