Blend selected from the 12 varieties of the estate. Each season varies, to get the best of each one. The 2018 vintage is made from the varieties Changlot Real, Picudo and Koroneiki.
Tasting notes:
Intense green fruitiness with aromas of aromatic herbs such as thyme. Also reminiscent of vegetables such as borage, artichoke or thistle.
Pairing:
Warm salads, mushroom and pomegranate carpaccios.
